These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Intelio website and platform. By using the service you agree to these terms.
01 / The service
Intelio provides a data and intelligence platform combining company, property and demographic datasets. The service is provided "as is" for the purpose of business intelligence and research.
02 / Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
03 / Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including scraping at scale, reselling data without permission, reverse engineering, or using the service for unlawful or discriminatory profiling.
04 / Intellectual property
The platform, its software, design and aggregated datasets are owned by Intelio or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes.
05 / Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
06 / Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Intelio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees paid by you in that period.
07 / Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. We may suspend access immediately for serious misuse. On termination your right to use the service ends.
08 / No warranty / data accuracy
While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Intelio does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or suitability of any data or intelligence provided through the platform.
09 / Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades or operational reasons.
10 / User content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform. You grant Intelio a limited licence to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
11 / Automatic renewals
Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods.
12 / Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
13 / Entire agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the service.
14 / Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
